I had the opportunity to review the Windows WYSIWYG editor Xara Web Designer, and I had a lot of fun with it. I spent a ton of time playing with the dozens of templates that it comes with as well as making a pop-up photo gallery (with lightbox effect). And all of the coding was done for me behind the scenes. While Web Designer is not an editor that most professional designers would use, it's definitely useful for hobbyists and small business owners who want a nice looking website up quickly.
