How did you decide on your hourly rates for Web design work? For many beginning Web designers, this is a very difficult question. After all you want to make enough money that it's worthwhile, but not charge so much that every client turns their back on you without another word. And if you're looking to hire a Web designer, you don't want to get "taken" with a price that seems okay but you find out later is exorbitant.
