Security is an important aspect of web development. Your pages need to be secure so that hackers don't change the pages and the content you solicit from readers needs to be on secure forms so that your readers feel confident.

But security is a concern for governments as well as individuals. And About.com has the opportunity to ask Howard Schmidt, the White House's Cybersecurity Coordinator and Special Assistant to the President your questions about security online.

Remember, your question doesn't have to be related to web page security to be selected. If you are wondering about how the White House is dealing with online privacy or security issues or you just want to know how new laws might affect you, now is your chance to get your questions answered.
