The First iPad App I Bought - Markup by @markupapp - an HTML Editor
The very first app I bought for my iPad was
Markup, an HTML editor for the iPad. It was expensive for a mobile app, but I had high hopes based on the screen shots and description. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the app as it is sold today. The biggest flaw for me (outside of the multiple crashes and difficulty in connecting to some FTP servers) was that you can't create new documents. Wow! Hopefully that will be fixed soon.
I've heard from the developer that a lot of my concerns mentioned in the Markup review are addressed in coming releases. This is great news.
Have you bought any iPad or iPhone apps for working on Web pages? What are your favorites and which are the duds?
