Adobe Dreamweaver has been my highest rated Web editor three years in a row, and it's mostly because there are so many features. It is a very powerful Web editor that will help you do nearly anything you want to do on a website. I've listed over 100 different things you can do with Dreamweaver, with links explaining how to do them. But Dreamweaver isn't perfect. There are many things that Dreamweaver doesn't do or that were removed from Dreamweaver CS5.
